For journalists and freelancers who are to be issued clearance for visitors to institutions and divisions of the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union (LRU)

Please consider that the clearance process might take up to two weeks.

For those seeking a full picture of the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union in action, the best time to visit is during our main annual exercises (early May and late October), with large-scale training, compelling visuals, and access to interviews with riflemen and leadership.

A scanned free form accreditation request (letter of assignment) duly signed by the Editor-in Chief of media organization. Freelance journalists, who are self-employed, have no contractual relationships and are not in any other way committed to a particular employer, shall themselves duly sign the document. The request form must specify the date of application, type of the media organization. Topics for publications and/or reports, fields of activity, preferred accreditation period as a foreign journalist, and place of residence.
